Mouse Pointer/hourglass

i have an XPS600 and XP Home Edition

i have reformatted my HD and now i find that the hourglass by my my mouse pointer is flickering on and off continously?

anybody help with this plzzzz? :smileyhappy:

There is a mouse properties panel in the Control Panel. Check that for options.

BTW, this is not a Networking issue, where you posted. Since it's a basic Windows XP software item, that is probably where it should have been posted.
