Hi:

I have a dell inspiron zino HD.  I also have a 964 photo printer, scanner, copier.  Up until I got the new tower I could can in OCR and edit documents.  Now that I have this tower, the only items the computer has available to scan are images.  Although I do enjoy the images that I have scanned, and they all print great, I really need to be able to scan  documents in order to send them by email.  Is there something I am missing.  All the items listed are jpeg, bitmap, etc.  The ones I had no clue as to what they were I researched and it appears to all be images of one type or another.  What can I do?
