One site and one site only, the page refreshes at a very slow rate.  While it is refreshing my desk top is on same site and working properly.  Am using Windows XP and Internet Explorer.  Any ideas?

 

I have downloaded FIREFOX and the problem seems to have disappeared.

What is there about this computer and Internet Explorer that is incompatible with the site?
