Hello team,
I am dealing with the issue mentioned at the title. Memory works only on single channel and specially on slots 1 and 3. When I try to use 2 or 4, I am getting the "Orange Blinking 2-7 times" issue. I tried the Slot 1+2 combination, error. Tried the 3+4 combination, same issue. I tried 3 different types of RAM (Kingston Value Ram, Kingston Hyper-X, Crucial), all deal the same issue.
Do you think is a motherboard issue, or can be fixed somehow? BIOS is updated to the latest version.
Are you using two 8 GB ddr4 ram sticks? Dell bios is picky of ram spec.

Can you upload screenshots of app?
installing two ram in slot 1+3 does not necessarily mean single vs double channel. I would use CPU-Z to tell.

Single channel was shown from BIOS. I managed to solve the issue by trying another CPU (i5 8500T) which worked fine with the dual channel option. When I replaced it with my i5 8400, the system managed to boot successfully!
Weird, since I had reset the BIOS in the beginning. Thank you for the assist!
