the card above may have thick heatsink or double slot width, which means you have to install it in black x4 PCIe slot. Dell tech guide says max power is 25W for black slot. GT630 TDP is 65W.
The blue x16 slot has max power 35W per SFF guide but it can only physically fit a single slot width card that has a thin heatsink.
NB: Dell guide specified slot max wattage of 35w/25w in SFF is conservatively estimated based on oem psu wattage. You can disregard that.
