No display

Suddenly unpluged the cord and Power led on but there is no beep sound and no dispay

Dell optiplex 3000mt no powerup(boot) only white led comes on the power button fun works every 30 second power off

Verify that all your cables connection to the monitor are properly connected. If you have any USB devices connected to the PC, temporarily remove them for testing, except for mouse and keyboard.

Unplug the power from your OptiPlex tower. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Reconnecting the power and test again.
