I really need your help ppl because I probably lost all my work and I'm in a very HUGE MESS.

I'm bad in essays so i'll just try to writ short sentences.

- OptiPlex 3070 (I had it exactly 1year and 3months or less)

- intel i7-9700 CPU

- (internal GPU)

- System BIOS 1.9.1

- 240 GB SSD (System Disk) ____ 2 TB HDD Disk (Files and ork Stuff)

- 24 GB RAM

-----THE ISSUES-----

• System reboots itself.
• Scanning  and wanna restart and restore the OS
• CURRENT PROBLEM: doesn’t BOOT THE SSD DRIVE 

(msg shown) After the system pre-boot performance check success, all tested positive validation code 81428

I reboot and as always No bootable devices found

PLEASE I NEED ALL THE HELP AT LEAST SOMETHING CAN MAKES GET MY FILES AND STUFF BACK AND I REALLY WANNA THIS PROBLEM FIXD FOREVER.
