Precision 3660 Firmware 2.32 Loop Reboot

It seems Firmware 2.32 on Precision 3660 totally break the PC.

Tested one of our MOC PC, installing Firmware 2.32 will make a black screen on the PC without rebooting the PC to finalize the firmware installtion!

After this the PC will automatically power on as soon as power supply is connected. no DP connection on the screen. Tried CTRL+ECHAP and USB Bios key, nothing works. I have only 3 PCs with that firmware isntalled fortunatley.
