I recently placed an order on your site via Klarna in 3 installments.

So far, I have only received an email saying "Thank you for your subscription" and I do not see my order on my Dell account.

Here is the information I have:

• Name: BENOMEUR
• Order amount: €500
• Approximate order date: 12/11/2025

Could you please confirm if my order has been successfully registered and, if so, provide me with the Dell order number and the processing/shipping status?
