T630 with 2xE5-2697A v4 @ 2.60GHz running on 65C with ESXi 7.0u3.
Is it normal?
System board temp is 21C

Would you kindly tell us where you got to see that temperature?
Also as long as you do not have the amber alert, this should be fine.
