Windows server 2012 R2 Raid Mirror for 2 disks ( OS C Drive) ,,, raid 5 for 4 disks ( contains D and F volumes) Dell T320 with a Perc H710 SCSI card, Server boots but after about an hour of it running, one partitions (D) in the raid 5 degrades and stops working, then the server stops working to the point where i have to hard shut it off, I reboot and it works again for about 30-60 min then slowly degrades and it always starts with the D drive being lost,,, None of the drives flashing,, no errors,
Actually it is a raid 10 Can't tell exact model drive but i believe Server level Western Digital,, none of the drives are reporting any problems, There are no errors anywhere in the OS or Diagnostics within the Dell System
Check the RAID controller logs. It isn't going to give you a nice neat message that the reason the storage is unreliable is because you are using non-validated drives - it expects you to use validated drives. If you don't, it will note that in the logs, but the logs *may* give you some indication of what the drives are doing or what the problem is.

What make/model are the drives? You likely are using incompatible drives or bad drives.
I'd recommend against RAID 5.
