Hi all,

In one of our systems we have CX3-20F EMC storage. It seems not to have powerpath license when checked.

We haven't met any functional problem so far What can be the effect of not having it?

Besides if we install the license does it gets activated automatically. It seems our policy profile doesn' work because of this.

root@vs04a>/etc/emcpreg -list

unable to open license key file: No such file or
directory

We got following logs during database installation..

Warning: license for CLARiiON storage system
support is missing or expired.

Warning: license for CLARiiON storage system
support is missing or expired.

Error: "co" is not a valid policy for CLARiiON

storage systems with the installed license.
