if you read the first 2 messages, you will see mentioned that the hdd0 (aka the boot drive) is a goner. Do you have a backup, and a new drive to install ?
Anyway I can see from the pics that you are under active warranty (prosupport next business day until end of 2025) , so the correct action is contacting Prosupport that will provide resolving the issue / exchanging the drive sending out a tech / etc.
