the cpu is supported ( there are reviews with the 2687v3 , so the 2680 is covered ), but you may have to update the bios to the latest version before installing.
As for the ram, the system can be picky with brands and such, so it's advisable to simply try
If you are still in planning phase, I suggest to get the E5-2680 v4. They are only a few dollars more but will give you over 10 percent in performance gain. Also, it will allow for upgrade to 2400 MHz memory.
