when did dell start removing front fans from the precision small form factor builds? ive notice the CPU fan has an aggressive curve but upon recipt of our new systems, i opened them up to ensure everything was in place and ram was seated before booting.... noticing a spot for a front fan on all 6 systems and no fan installed, the online manual shows a fan in place but doesnt say anything about removal.... this is kind of odd considering a smaller pc would probably require more airflow to keep cool....
