Hi,

After computer is started, sign-in page opens, however, not able to sign in, keyboard or the mouse pointer do not work.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn't help.

Also, that screen has a small pic of monitor with a small lock screen on it. Pressing the Esc with the lock doesn't help.
