When I start a print job and ask for multiple copies, the 1710 prints 4 or 5 pages of garbage before printing the document.  This occurs with both EXCEL and WORD.  A single copy job works perfectly.  I am using a USB connection with MS Windows XP Pro (vers 2002 with SP2).  Anyone experience the same problem?
