3100cn Laser Printer

I just purchased the 3100cn laser printer and each time I try to print the paper gets stuck halfway up and I get a 004-332 error message. Any ideas?

you will need to remove all 4 toner cartridges, and reinstall them, the machine is having a problem rotating the cartridges.

How can I manually rotate to remove cartridges if machine won't rotate?
