Hello Marie! No one responded and I would also love to know how to solve this. My scanner stopped working months ago, but ever got around to calling...now my warranty is expired. I have had nothing but problems with my Dell Laptop and printer. My scanner on my 962 AIO does not work, along with the fact it will not longer load paper without getting jammed. I don't understand, I too am the only one who uses it and I have taken very good care of it. I am feed up with Dell...anyone out there that can help us?? Thanks!!!

Hi :)  I have actually tried all of those things already.  I am very discouraged and I will be paying the extra money for an HP next time around.  I think that Dell should refund our money to be completely honest. :smileymad:

Dell's 962 AIO is the biggest piece of JUNK I've ever bought.  I will never again buy a Dell printer.  They should send us all refunds for the money and time we've wasted on this pitiful excuse for a printer.

And this is actually the third 962 printer Dell sent me.  The other had major problems with very little use.  The screen on the first one quit working after several months, so I sent it back. The second one they sent worked for about 2 weeks, then stopped printing.  Now this one works for a few weeks, and the scanner dies.  Absolute junk.  I'm buying an HP.
