962 printer not communicating

I pulled the usb cable from my 962 aio printer yesterday and when I plugged it back in I get a message saying the printer in not attached and communicating.  I tried to download and install a new printer driver but that did not work either.  Can anyone offer any suggestion??  THanks.  John

John the 962 USB Allin One needs to be pluged in to a powered hub or directly to the back of your computer. Power down your computer and plug your AIO in to a USB port. Next power up your computer. The OS should detect your printer.

I had the same problem, but when I power on I receive an error message stating that the computer could not install this hardware because the system could not find the file specified. The problem is that I can now print because I ran the downloaded program; however, the error message constantly appears (and it will not go away even when I hit "cancel").

I started having the same problem with my 962 and Toshiba laptop not communicating after 1 year of successful printing!  Any suggestions how to fix?
