This morning I set up my Dell 1100 printer to my Dell Latitude D800 laptop. After installation, I attempted to print a test page, only to find that the printer would not print, and a red light was illuminated in the "!" button on the top of the printer. I have tried troubleshooting in the program without any luck. I called Dell customer service, waited at least 20 minutes, and only ended up with the customer service representative hanging up on me. Additionally, I have turned the printer, and the laptop off and on several times, replaced all cords and made sure the ink and paper were loaded correctly. If someone has any advice, please let me know. Thank you.
