I am having the same problem as MK26

I have a new Inspiron 17R  running Windows 7. I have downloaded all the updates.  When the laptop installed it installed the V313W.  I have the printer home installed on three other computer. One laptop running XP Professional another running WiIndows 7 which we got the same time we got the printer. Theae all run the software fine.  I have uninstalled and re-instaled the printer software three different times and cannot get the printer home to access the maintenance tasks.  The printer prints fine through the network.  It is just the maintenance SW that will not work.
