Hi I have a new Dell V313W Printer (part of a package with inspiron 15R laptop). After using cd to install printer software and checking for updates online i have several problems.

Clicking on link for for Dell printer home nothing happens, error message that the short cut leads nowhere!!

I am therefore unable to control printer/scanner from laptop, but i am able to press print in a document and it prints ok.

Also I am able to scan documents by using the buttons on the printer.

Any ideas please.
