Maybe someone can help me. I am using DELL B2360dn printer for a while.

Last week i changed the cartridge but can't use the printer as it was saying : Missing or unresponsive cartridge. I thought it is faulty so received a replacement. I put the replacement in and a new message appeared: Missing or unresponsive imaging unit. 

I got a new replacement imaging drum - but the message still appears.

Anyone can help me with this issue?
