Our Dell A920 is not printing color. I think my son-in-law set this on print black only, but has since forgotten how he did it. I have tried the "properties" key on the printing screeen and changed that setting to allow color. I have looked on settings options and they don't want to work either.

Short of getting another son-in-law, what is the proper route to getting the settings right?
