My A960 no longer can feed paper. Instead, it merely grabs one side of a clean sheet in the loading bay (looking at the printer, the right side where the feed mechanism is located), and pulls that one side, crumpling the paper. I have cleaned the feed mechanism with air, checked to make sure no outside debris has been caught in the mechanism, and still cannot get the printer to feed correctly.

Any ideas on a possible solution?
