Purchased QuickBooks Pro 2015 and received today.  When installing, tried to remove the silver tape covering the license and product number.  Numbers peeled off with the silver tape.  NO ONE at DELL can help me!  Then they tell me I can't send my software back.  I have made over 10 phone call to 10 different people and no one can help me.  Any suggestions?  I've given them my number order, my PO#, my bar code number, etc.  I find it very hard to believe that Dell does not have this information available in any of their records.  Very frustrated and wasted a lot of time trying to get what should be a simple answer.  I've even called Intuit and since it was a Dell purchase, they told me Dell should have the information.
