Good day all.

Have an Inspiron 660s running Win8. Today the entire system will not let us access any of the tiles. moving the mouse to the corner does nothing as well. Reboot, power down and back on, same thing, nothing. The mouse works and can do the cntrl-alt-delete in order to reboot or shutdown, that's it.

I have tried the win+c and all other combinations but can't access anything. I did not receive a recovery disk with this and I cant find how to access the recovery partition.

Need to get this back, so any help would be great.
