I had tried to perform wireless connection between a DELL 4320 projector and a laptop by plugging a D-Link wireless adapter into the projector's USB port. In the end I couldn't detect the wireless connection from the adapter.

Does that mean that the wireless connection could only be done by using an embedded dongle and there's no other way for that?
