D-Link, Linksys, and Infocus all manufacture wireless presentation gateways (D-Link: DPG-2000W; Linksys: WPG54G; Infocus: LiteShow) that utilize the 802.11b/g networking protocol. While LiteShow has the least obtrusive profile and requires no external power supply, it has the most restrictive bandwidth, so you won't be able to send high-resolution images. The other two products support native resolution at 1024 x 768. Linksys has the added benefit that it can automate limited slide show displays (note: JPEG image files, not your run-of-the-mill PowerPoint files) without a computer. Of course, D-Link was and may still be the least expensive model of them all. I use a D-Link device in my classroom.

So that it can be placed anywhere without the use of wires?

And you can run your wireless laptop to the projector?

As far as I know the only I/O that this projector has is the One mini-DIN RS232 for wired remote projector control from PC, but I don't really know how it works.
