The firmware .ISO files above are the bootable firmware packages for each server. The ESXi .ISO is ours and is pre-loaded with all the relevant drivers. If you go to the release notes, you can get a list of all the specific drivers loaded into the image. You can cross-reference that with your devices installed in the server and with VMware's HCL, if you want to view firmware for specific devices. There would be a version for the PERC, each different NIC, any PCI cards, etc.
