linux/software RAID on R7525
hi,
I have 4 SSD drives and I am trying to do a linux raid 10. But the hard drives dont show up unless I configure them as raid10 in IDRAC. Is that hardware raid?
I wanted to configure linux raid using command mdadm --create

What storage controller did you have on the server? If you have RAID controller you either need to create a RAID on the controller or configure the drive to Non RAID mode(If controller support this) for the operating system to see the storage space
