Server 2008 Deployment Doesn't Recognize Virtual HDD - R430

I have a 13G Dell R430 that when installing Server 2008 R2 from an ISO-DVD it will not recognize the virtual HDD created by the raid array when looking for active partitions to load the OS.

Steps taken:

Booting to BIOS, not UEFI
Virtual Raid created, Raid 1 - from two 1.6TB drives
Similar results when trying to install with Lifecycle
Win Server 2012 disk that came with the server does recognize the drive
Attempted to load driver - SAS Raid Firmware (Which in hindsight was the wrong choice anyway)

So it seems like a driver issue. Can someone link me to the proper driver to load during the OS deployment so that the OS recognizes the virtual disk. Thanks

    Hello

I don't see in your post where you mentioned which RAID controller you are using. You can find drivers on the support page for the server.

    http://www.dell.com/support/

You can find manuals for the controller:

    http://www.dell.com/storagecontrollermanuals/

If you are unable to locate the driver then let us know which controller you are using.

    Thanks
