Hi,

I have a client for whom I had configured SourceOne 6.6 SP1 to archive emails from Lotus Domino environment. Now they are migrating to Exchange 2010 and want Sourceone to archive emails from Exchange.

I followed the installation guide and configured the same sourceone machine for Exchange 2010 by giving permission to sourceone admin account on Exchange and AD. I then installed outlook 2007 and configured the profile for the admin account as EMCSourceOne and make outlook the default client. Now when configuring Journaling Activity for Exchange, it is showing that the job is failed by showing the following error in event viewer. Note that the current journaling activity from domino is working perfectly fine.

I have followed the following KB article from Microsoft as well i.e.

I checked that there are 2 throttling policies are running on exchange 2010, one is default and other is for Black Berry. I made the ES1 admin account as member of both policies then restart the server but error remains same.

Does anybody experienced this issue? Please help and give me suggestions on how to correct this problem.
