Hello NOVIC,

Which storage system do you have as you didn’t list it in your post?  Have you tried to run a set of spcollects from your storage system?  Have you tried to reinstall NG triage?

I have the same issue.

Try with differents SPCollects that i've yet execute with the older version 27.7, but always get the same message "If you are 1001 27 1001USER), then your previous NGTRiiAGE run must have failed or have been interrupted."

Then i downloaded again and re-install but still goes wrong.

Is there any solution to get through this?

Yes we need a fix for this issue ASAP, We're not able to execute the triage for SP Collect since the beginning of January.

If you haven’t done so already, I would open a support case so that we can look into this issue to see what is going on.

please do that ( open an support case ) same issue in more than one Laptop
