Hi all - my Dimension 9100 just shipped today, but I ordered it with only one hard drive (since I didn't need a RAID configuration). So I ordered a 320 gb SATA WD HD and am waiting for that to come. I've changed IDE hard drives before, but never a SATA. A couple of questions:

 

1) Is just a matter of connecting the SATA cable into the SATA1 connector on the motherboard and then connecting the power cable?

 

2) Does the 9100 have an extra power connector on the motherboard?

 

3) How do I go about installing Windows XP on the new second hard drive? Do I just insert the Windows disc (assuming Dell ships it) and choosing the hard drive to format and install?
