Go to SolutionDell FTP not working
ftp.dell.com isn't working for updating poweredge servers anymore. Attempting to navigate to it on a browser (or downloads.dell.com) redirects to dell.com/support. We update all of our PowerEdges via ftp, and have used 143.166.135.76 (found via nslookup) instead of a URL before with success, but not this time. Is something going wrong on Dell's end, or have they pulled this down?

Hello Larryl79, this is a 4 year old thread, when a link doesn't work it's most likely that it's no longer relevant- https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-au/000128133/poweredge-server-lifecycle-controller-update#:~:text=Start%20the%20Lifecycle%20Controller%20by,USB%20)%2C%20and%20click%20Next. You could use this instead.
Also if you have any, please let us know by starting a new thread the technical issue you are dealing with in detail so that we can have a further look at it. https://www.dell.com/community/en/direct-messaging
