DRAC 4 Web-based interface is no longer accessible

An Admin tried to update the firmware for a DRAC 4 card installed in a PowerEdge 2850.

But when I or others attempt to access the DRAC via a Web browser, all we get is the following message:

A firmware update is currently in progress. The DRAC 4 Web-based interface is no longer accessible. You can log in again after the firmware update has completed.

Firmware update has been running for well over 72 hours, so something is wrong.

How can I clear this message and/or rollback the botched Firmware update?

If the DRAC 4 does not show at POST time you will need to drain the caps (FLEA Power) by holding in the power button, with the system off, for 30 seconds.

Then update the DRAC 4 to version 1.41 to correct the issues that cause it to hang.
