I am looking to upgrade an older server to confirm the issues are not false positives. We are currently on Bios 2.0.22, iDRAC 1.51.51(Build 1), and Life cycle Controller 1.3.0.850. What would be the path to get these current.
I would stick to that path to walk it up to current, jumping any additional updates, going out of order, or not walking the updates up together can have serious consequences.
Let me know how it goes.

Typically with regular maintenance you can go to the support page for the server and apply latest update for the component you need updated.Dell Update Package (DUP)
If you're asking about the step up process Chris provided, that could be needed if the server is very far behind current firmware.
In that case you may need to use the DUP method, take one update, for BIOS and iDRAC,from each year, starting from the oldest to newest and work your way to current firmware version.

Rmcbeth,
Would you confirm the specific model server you're working with, so that I can provide you with the correct updates?
Thank you.
