Well my Dell Venue 8 android is fixed! I received it back from Dell today and it is working perfectly! I even applied the latest KitKat small update and still working perfectly. All the problems I had with boxes showing up on internet sites, random freezes and reboots, app crashes, microsd slot recognition problems, all of this is gone.

the Dell techs in their notes said they replaced the motherboard and back cover. Everything is now working perfectly. Thank you Dell!
