ACCESS TO EMC UNITY SUPPORT

I need to get access to Unity XT 380 so that i can create service requests,

How can I achieve that

Do you not have the password or are you needing the management software?

I have a password but when I issue the serial number or asset tag of the particular EMC Unity storage i get a message I dont have access to the product.

The phone number is 800-782-4362, you could try calling in. If you can post screenshots of the errors I can look into it maybe something isn’t working right.
