Welcome:) It looks as if we have some work to do.
Please print these instructions so you can refer to them easily.
You are using Limewire. That may be how you got infected. File sharing opens the door for all kinds of infections.
In addition, a current version of Limewire is reported to include spyware. LimeWire 4.9.28 is clean. (Older and newer version may not be.)

I suggest that you remove Limewire.
Use the uninstaller.:
Open the LimeWire folder.
Double click on the Uninstall LimeWire 18c icon.
You are also running MessengerPlus. Messenger Plus is an add-on. It is not written by Microsoft.
You may have installed Plus with the Sponsor.
The Sponsor software will give you C2Media\LOP (parasite)
If you installed the Sponsor, you have spyware and adware as a result.
When we are finished with our fix, let me know if you would like to reinstall Plus, and I will let you know how to reinstall Plus safely.

Please Download and Install Ewido --
1. Download Ewido security suite from http://download.ewido.net/ewido-setup.exe
2. After the download is complete, double click on the file to launch the install process.
3. During installation under the Additional Options menu, you will be asked if you want to "Install background guard (required for automatic updates)" and "Install scan via context menu". Please UNCHECK both of these options.
4. Once installation is complete, launch Ewido by double-clicking the big "E" icon on your desktop. The program will prompt you to update -- click the 'OK' button.
5. The program will now go to the main screen. On the left hand side of the main screen, click on Update and then click 'Start Update'. The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed. After the updates are installed, you will see 'Update Successful' in the lower left corner.
Do NOT run a scan yet.
If you have not already installed Ad-Aware SE 1.06, follow these download and setup instructions, otherwise, check for updates:

Open the SmitRem folder, then double click the RunThis.bat file to start the tool. Follow the prompts on screen.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
The tool will create a log named smitfiles.txt in the root of your drive, eg; Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.
Open Ad-aware
Run a full system scan with Ad-Aware SE
Select the objects you want to add to the ignore list in the Scan Summary, Critical Objects, or Negligible Objects lists on the Scanning Results screen.
If you are running McAfee, any McAfee entries listed need to be added to the ignore list!
Right click and select "Add selected to ignore list"
A pop-up window showing the number of objects that will be added to the ignore list opens. Click "OK" to continue.
The object is now added to the Ignore List. Run a new scan to select the remaining objects to be quarantined.
* Click Next to remove the objects selected, and click OK at the prompt.
* Restart the computer.
Remove all it finds.
Run Ewido:
* Click on scanner
* Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
* Select "Perform action on all infections"
* If you are unsure of any entry found select none for now.
* When the scan is finished, click the Save report button at the bottom of the screen.
* Save the report to your desktop
Close Ewido
Next go to Control Panel click Display > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Web > Uncheck "Security Info" or "Desktop Uninstall" if present.
Reboot back into Windows and click the Panda ActiveScan shortcut.
- Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
- A new window will open...click the Check Now button
- Enter your Country
- Enter your State/Province
- Enter your e-mail address and click send
- Select either Home User or Company
- Click the big Scan Now button
- If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
- It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
- When download is complete, click on Local Disks to start the scan
- When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location.
Please go back and rehide files:
Go to Start>Search and at the top select Tools>Folder Options
Select the View tab
Display the contents of system folders
Show hidden files and folders
CHECK: Hide protected operating system files
Click on Apply.
