My internet is broken and i called dell, they told me the only alternative of fixing it was to send then 100$ and they would walk me through removing the virus I have. The virus I have has something to do with a message I get when I turn on my computer that says something about windows cannot open Nail.exe. The dell person told me that that was related to the virus. Does anybody know anything about this? I don't have $100, I'm only 15.. I don't have a job. Please help me. Thanks.
