Internet Connection Problems - PLEASE HELP with ' HijackThis' results

Please help. I have been having a lot of problems with my PC. It was slowing down the longer it was on. I ran 2 programs to clean spyware (spyaware and I believe and another one). I was also getting a value creation failed error even though I had not changed anything. I changed to xp theme and that went away. After removing about 700 files with the clean-up a new problem began the next day. I lose the connection to the internet if I am idle for a little while. If I re-start, i get it back.  I ran ISPFIX but it did not work. I also ran another virus scan suggested and it found some system information files had netsky-p even though I run Norton and all was clean. Those files were deleted. Another suggestion I just tried was to run HijackThis and post the results here for help.

Here are the results: Please help - I is very much appreciated.

I discovered something this morning. When I changed to the XP theme (to stop value creation error) it started using a screen saver.  I was beginning to notice that if I was idle but not long enough for the screen saver to go on, I did not lose the connection. I turned off the screen saver and left the machine idle for about 1/2 hour. I did not lose the connection. For now I will of course leave the screen saver off but I would still like to fix whatever is broken. If this gives any more hints, please help.

    Thanks.

Right click on your desktop and select Properties. Open the Screen saver tab and then click on 'Power'. Look around and see if there is anything powing down that may be causing the connection to drop.

Another place to look would be in Device manager. Right click on your network adapter and select Properties. Look under the Power management tab.

(I'm looking at a Win2K desktop here, WinXP may be slightly different).

Well so much for the screen saver theory. i just lost my connection and I was active on the internet. I think it has helped but something else is happening. I have looked at the screen saver settings and the only time things I see are for the monitor and hard drive. How do I get to the device driver?

I am going to look at the system error messages to see if anything jumps out at the 1:35 time frame.

Use a post of a hijackthis log for the experts to advise.
    HijackThis From Here
or one of these other links:-
    http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
    http://www.aluriasoftware.com/tools/hijackthis.zip
    http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt/

Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT. Unzip HijackThis into this folder. (See this link for graphical instructions)
Then run, scan, save log, then in notepad copy the FULL log by copy and paste as a reply to this post and an expert with HijackThis Knowldge, will have a go at giving advice. A lot of posters make mistakes here in copying and pasting so reread the left info sidebar called Copy and Paste
Please note the list of experts names below, very few forum regulars here have had this training.

DO NOT FIX ANYTHING WITH HIJACKTHIS WITHOUT EXPERT ADVICE
, most of what it finds you need for normal MS Windows tasks.

Known Spyware HijackThis fighters in DellTalk - If you are, and are not on the list please PM Me.

I already ran HyjackThis and posted the results above. I am sorry but I am not sure what you are suggesting. I have not had anyone reply yet to the post. I did find this morning that when I disabled the XP screensaver I stopped (with one exception) getting disconnected. Please see post above. I changed it because I was getting a value creation failed error. That stopped but I was getting disconnected from the internet when idle. I then began to notice that it seemed to happen after the screen saver kicked in. I took a chance and turned off the screensaver with good results. Something is broken - I just don't know what.

By the way - this are my posts and my problem.

    Thanks.
