need help with my hijackthis log

When I attempt to use internet explorer, any pages I have open will close whenever there is a popup.  Often times internet explorer wont even open because sometimes I will get a popup just for opening it.  Here is my hijackthis log, I am in desperate need of help... Thank you in advance.

Get started by going to add/remove programs and uninstall NewNet or NewDotNet.  Also uninstall Bargain Buddy if it is present.  Post back another log when you have finished.  I will be looking through your log in the meantime.

Uninstall P2P Networking, Swimsuit Network, Date Manager, Precision Time, and any items in add/remove programs that mention Gator, GAIN, or Claria.

Next you need to create another folder on your hard drive or desktop to move hijackthis to.  It will create a bunch of files on your desktop if you don't move it.

Then close all windows and have hijackthis fix the following:

It looks much better now.  I don't see P2P running but there is a startup line which does still need to be removed.  Close all windows and have hijackthis fix the following:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
    O4 - Global Startup: stamp.dat

    Reboot and post another log.

Try booting to safe mode again and run hijackthis while in safe mode to see if it will fix it.

If everything is running OK then leave it.  I have seen this in other logs and seen others recommend it to be fixed.  I have no solid information that it is spyware or a virus.
