PC Virus HELP ME !!!
Ok so i'm in a living nightmare right now, let me explain my story...
Yesterday i was looking for a playstation bios on google or yahoo, i don't remember... i typed ''retreive playstation bios'' and on the first page , i clicked on a link wich gave me something to download, a spyware thing, but there was a video loading in the background of the page. Than boom, VIRUS ATTACK! Plenty of spyware and anti-virus programms installed themselves on my pc, but first came this weird porn and animal porn.... I can't even use my OWN anti-virus programm. Those things start scanning and of course if you want to get rid of em ching ching! Enter your credit card number... No way i'm about to do that because i know it's the spyware prgramm to begin with that gave me those viruses. I can't even access to my documents and settings,desktop,files...I can't even go on the internet, i'm writting this from my MAC!
Here are some of the Spyware and Anti-virus prgramm that installed themselves on their own:
-Error Cleaner
-Privacy Protector
-Anti-Spyware Pro XP
-Micro Antivirus
-Virus Remover 2008
-...
So the anti-virus that just can't seem to go away is Micro Antivirus. It just run by itself. But later on, i saw a difference, there use to be tones of virus in the list but now it just scan one, wich is called a Daodan. So i was recommanded to download Vunfofix but it didn't seem to really work, at least now i'm sort capable of going on the internet on my pc, but it seems very restricted.

I'm in need of a pro in this departement please. I ain't a computer genius so please ,PLEASE, help me! I don't know what do. So if someone here knows how to deal with this and could explain it to me, i would be forever greatful! I'm desperate please!

download and install the FREE version of
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware [MBAM].check for updates.run a QUICK scanand allow it to REMOVE/QUARANTINE any items it finds..MBAM should open NotePad, with a log/report of what it found/fixed. SAVE this file to a convenient location, so that you will be able to access and post it later on, if needed..this may only be the first step: let us know how things seem to be working after running MBAM, and we can then offer some follow-up suggestionsSlasherSaw

Ok so i did you what you told me to do, and the ''ALERT VIRUS'' aside the clock on my pc has disapeared. My computer seem to work but some icons are still missing from my desktop! At least it is working now. But is it safe? I was told that a Daodan was like someone who have unrestricted access to my pc while i'm online, and i remember seeing this in the Micro Antivirus scan system, it was the first one at the top. It's pretty scary, How do i know that my pc is completely secure now?
And i have the report of MBAM you told me about, do you want me to post it here?
- It looks as if you were really bombarded with malware. Please follow ky331's instructions to run MBAM. Considering how much infection you have in there it would be a good idea to post your MBAM log along with a HijackThis log for a follow-up on the HijackThis Board.

Even if you feel that things are back to normal, you may have some vulnerabilities in there that will continue to put your computer at risk in the future. Once the helpers on the other board review your logs, they can suggest steps to take to protect your computer. SlasherSaw

Thanks for everything!!!You can now follow BugBatter's suggestion... you need to follow-up by generating and posting a "HiJack This" log, together with your MBAM log, in the HiJack This forum:
Download the latest version of Trend Micro's HiJackThis (HJT) [version 2.0.2] installer from.Save it to your Desktop..Double-click on the HJTInstall.exe file you just downloaded, and click on the Install button, to install HJT in the suggested/default folder,C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.( As part of the installation, a shortcut to the HJT program will be placed on your Desktop, and another shortcut in your START menu [for easy-access to using HJT in the future ---you only need to run the program again, but not the installer ] )..After installation, HJT will automatically open and start running.[If this is your first time running HJT, please read and accept the EULA (End-User License Agreement)].Click on Do a System Scan and Save a LogFileThis will automatically open NotePad
Copy the entire file from NotePad: EDIT/SelectAll, EDIT/Copy
Then go to the forum dedicated for HiJack This logs (**NOT** back here), and PASTE the results there:

Also, PASTE a COPY of your MBAM log there as well.
Be sure to include a detailed description of any problems/errors/warnings you are encountering.
Also, please indicate the steps you've already taken, if any, in terms of running anti-malware scanners or malware removal tools.
When you submit your HJT log, please make sure the box under your text which shows "Automatically convert carriage returns to HTML line breaks" is checked, or your log may not format correctly... it should consist of separate/readable lines, not one large "jumble".Hopefully, one of the HJT experts will get to it as quickly as possible.
WARNING: HiJack This is a VERY POWERFUL tool. While it's completely safe for you to download, generate, and post your log (as described above), you should *NOT* attempt to do anything else (in particular, do NOT use it to delete/fix any entries) until you are advised to do so by a forum expert!! Okay, i put both of them on the Hijackthis forum! So with this, you can actually tell me if my pc is ok or not? Whta's the use of it? I'm so sorry for all my questions, i'm just such a virgin at this lolat this point, someone (most likely BugBatter, since she's already "here" ) will pursue helping you over in the HJT forum.
please keep all future communications in THAT thread, until your problem is resolved.
