VIRUS please help!!

last night my boyfriend was on my computer and somehow got a virus its called trojan.w32.looksky...he then got someone to download all these spy ware programs and never fixed it. can anyone help me get rid of this virus?

    im appreciating the help. im a little dumb with this stuff but i went to that second link u gave me and it told me to hit f8 when the comp. was rebooting. but then i dont know which command i should be clicking on.

    what if i cant get onto the internet. right now im on a desktop comp. the virus is on my laptop and i am not able to log onto the internet on that

    k i'll try that...i dont know what os means. i have a dell inspiron e1705, i dont know if thats what your talking about

    OS means operating system,such as XP,2000, vista,.....
