I am unable to get any hits on the support page for EMC24445.
Also emc236147 can someone help

No, support got a phone home on the VNX5700 and it looks fine. They said for me to look at the primus articles.
I upload spcollects and support materials
Some kind of connectivity issue?

emc24445 is an old artcle that is marked as "Support-Only". It deals with Disk Library issues. Is this the one you are looking for?
emc236147 is also a Support-only article.
