My pc doesn't turn on but just shows a black screen. All lights on and fun spinning. I have tried the shortcut of "windows key+ctrl+shift+B" and has failed. I have also removed the battery as per early suggestions but all in vain. Please what can do?. I shut down normally then on booting it failed
