Unfortunately, about one week ago suddenly when I use the shortcut keyboard( Fn+F3) to enable then it not work, no light on Touchpad and can't use the mouse click both right and left on the bottom. I also can't find the Dell Touchpad section on the system( from Start menu, Device manager) as usual.
I had reinstalled the latest driver for the Elan Touchpad given by Dell at
It responded that this driver has been updated but still not working.

Please use System Restore tool on the computer to see if you're able to go back to the time the touch pad work for you.
